How prepaid works

Good to know

  • Select a monthly Prepaid plan and pay in advance for the talk, text and data you would like to use.
  • Keep your account topped up each month with enough funds to cover your services and add-ons to keep using your device.
  • We’ll send you a text message top-up reminder (no charges apply) before your month is up.
  • If you’re late topping up your account, it will take up to 30 minutes before your device will be ready to use again.
  • Sign up for convenient automatic top-ups by whatever amount you set to keep your device active.
