How to notify Bell of a change to my billing and mailing address

If you are registered for MyBell, you can update your mailing address directly from your billing profile in MyBell or the MyBell app.

Not registered yet?

  1. Register for MyBell.
  2. Select My profile at the top of the page (the top-right corner in the app).
  3. Select Billing and service (Profile in the app).
  4. Select the correct account under Billing profile.
  5. Click Edit next to the current address (in the app, touch the current address and then Change).
  6. Enter the new address and select Save.
