Please note that as of December 31, 2024, Bell will no longer offer prepaid plans for new activations. If you already have a prepaid plan with Bell, your service will not be impacted.
We still have you covered. Prepaid plans with no long-term commitments, credit checks or data overages are available through Lucky Mobile . Bell also offers a wide range of affordable plans that may suit your needs.

Using your Prepaid plan
Accounts activated prior to December 31, 2024 can continue to:
- Select a monthly Prepaid plan and pay in advance for the talk, text and data you would like to use.
- Keep your account topped up each month with enough funds to cover your services and add-ons to keep using your device.
- We’ll send you a text message top-up reminder (no charges apply) before your month is up.
- If you’re late topping up your account, it will take up to 30 minutes before your device will be ready to use again.
- Sign up for convenient automatic top-ups by whatever amount you set to keep your device active.
Note: Our prepaid plans don’t include U.S. or international roaming. Your prepaid service won’t work outside of Canada.
