I can't access my Bell Mobility Message Centre (voicemail) mailbox

You can access your Message Centre mailbox from any mobile phone or regular touchtone phone.

The following can affect your ability to access your Message Centre voicemail:

  • Dialling pattern based on the type of phone line
  • Prepaid funds depleted
  • Call Forwarding enabled
Dialling directly from your mobile phone:
  1. Press and hold the 1 key.
  2. If prompted, enter your 10-digit mobile phone number.
  3. If prompted, enter your voicemail password.
  4. You’ll hear menu options and prompts to help you use Message Centre.

Note: roaming rates apply when calling from outside of Canada.

Dialling from a landline or someone else’s phone:
  1. Dial your 10-digit mobile phone number.
  2. While the voicemail greeting is playing, press # to hear the password prompt.
  3. Enter your voicemail password.
  4. You’ll hear menu options and prompts to help you use Message Centre.
If your prepaid funds are depleted:

If you are using a prepaid (pay as you go) plan, please top up your account if the available funds are less than 35¢.

If Call Forwarding is enabled:

If you have Call Forwarding turned on, it will override the Message Centre. Turn off Call Forwarding to access your voice mailbox.
