How to assign contacts, sub-lists and groups to a contact in the Master-List

Steps to follow: 23
1. Select the Master-List Management tab.
2. Select the contact from the Master-List.
3. Assigned contacts can be searched by name or phone number in the Search field.
4. The search results will appear in the Manage Individual Contacts tab.
5. Assign other contacts to the selected contact using the Assign Contacts option.
6. The Pick Contacts window will appear displaying all available contacts.
7. Contacts within the corporation can be searched by name or phone number in the Search field.
8. The search results will appear in the Pick Contacts window.
9. Select the check boxes next to the chosen contacts.
10. Select Done to assign the contacts to the selected contact.
11. The assigned contact will appear in the Manage Individual Contacts tab.
12. Select the Manage Contacts via Sub-Lists tab to view assigned sub-lists.
13. Click the arrow next to the sub-list name to view the contacts within that sub-list.
14. The contact can be assigned to other sub-lists using the Add Sub-Lists option.
15. Select the check boxes next to the chosen sub-lists.
16. Select Done.
17. Sub-Lists added using this method will not have a gray contact icon displayed next to the sub-list name.
18. Select the View All Contacts tab to view all of the contacts assigned to the selected contact.
19. Select the View Groups tab to view all of the groups assigned to the selected contact.
20. Groups assigned to the selected contact will appear in this screen.
21. Select Save to save the changes.
22. Select OK.
23. The changes are saved for the contact.
