How to getting a new battery for your UPS-1232
When Bell MTS installed the battery backup system in your home, your battery was covered by a manufacturer's warranty. We recommend that you check your battery to see if it is still under warranty.
The warranty information is on a sticker which is placed on the side or on the top of the battery itself. In order to check this sticker, you will need to open your UPS and remove your battery. Please refer to the instructions for How to Monitor Your Battery Backup System/Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) unit. If your battery has a manufacturer's warranty sticker, please contact the battery manufacturer using the phone number or website provided on the sticker to get a replacement battery. If your battery does not have a manufacturer's warranty sticker, please contact us.
