Closed captioning is not working on Bell Satellite TV

Steps to follow: 5
  • While watching a live or recorded program, press options on your Bell Satellite TV remote Scroll to and select Closed captions.
  • Scroll to and select On.
  • Press back/exit to return to your program.

    Note: It can take a minute or two before closed captioning appears, and closed captioning does not appear during commercial breaks.
  • If closed captioning is still not working, press menu on your remote. Select Settings, then Preferences, then Closed Caption and then select Reset CC Defaults.
  • To confirm that closed captioning is now working, press info on your remote. (CC) should be displayed at the end of the program description.
