When the Sim card in your mobile device needs replacing or has stopped working. You can update the existing sim card for your mobile phone with a new sim card or eSim (where applicable) by logging into MyBell .
If you need a new Sim card, you can order one online or visit a Bell store or authorized dealer.
If you are adding a new Sim card to use with a previously owned device, simply update the IMEI in MyBell after updating the Sim card.
