Number transfer request

To transfer your existing Canadian number to Bell, here’s what you’ll need:

From your previous provider:

Your existing phone number: the number must remain active (not cancelled or suspended) and be able to receive text messages (e.g., original SIM card inserted into a compatible device). If the number is not active or cannot receive text messages, you will need to call your previous provider for support.

One piece of account information from your previous provider: account number, device IMEI, or account password (PIN). Where do I find this? Check a recent bill or your online account from your previous service provider.

From Bell:

The temporary phone number listed in your Critical Information Summary. Where do I find this? You can find your temporary phone number on reminders we sent to you via email and text message, or in the Critical Information Summary of your contract.

Your new Bell SIM card or device.

To start the process, enter your Bell temporary phone number below.
