Installing your Bell services

You are moments away from enjoying your new Fibe services.

What to expect :

When you place an order, an appointment is scheduled with a technician.

On the appointment date, the technician will connect your home to Bell’s network and install a jack indoors. The technician will verify that your jack is active and hand you your equipment.

After the technician has left your home, you can plug in your equipment.
Once you’ve received your equipment, we can get started.

Locate your connection point

You can have one of the two connection points shown below.

You can find the connection point anywhere in your home. Check walls around the height of power outlets. It may have a Bell logo.
