Watching shows with your Fibe TV Voice Remote

  1. Press the Home button on your Fibe TV Voice Remote and select Settings.
  2. Select Device, then Menu and guide or My preferences.
  3. Scroll to and select Customize guide or Guide filters.
  4. Scroll to and select any channels you want to add or remove from your channel guide.
    • If the checkbox is checked, the channel will appear in the guide.
    • If you want all channels to appear, select Check all or select all channel types manually.
  5. When you're finished with your changes, scroll to and select Save.

To view your channel guide, press guide on your remote.

  1. Press the Home button on your Fibe TV Voice Remote and select Settings.
  2. Select Device, then Menu and guide or My preferences.
  3. Scroll to and select Genres or Guide filters.
  4. Scroll to and select a genre (e.g. Entertainment).
  5. Scroll to and select a channel/program or go back to the guide. The channel or program is displayed.

Creating a favourites list

Customize your Fibe TV service by creating a simplified program listing that contains only the channels you watch often.

  1. Press the Home button on your Fibe TV remote and select Settings.
  2. Scroll to My preferences.
  3. Select the Guide filters tile.
  4. Change the guide filter to Favourites.
  5. Exit this tile and select Manage Favourites to edit the channels in your Favourites list.
  6. Select a channel to add to your Favourites list. A heart icon will appear.
  7. In the guide, a heart icon appears next to your Favourite channels.
  1. Press the Home button on your Fibe TV Voice Remote and select Settings.
  2. Scroll to Accessibility or Accessibility & playback.
  3. Select Closed Captioning or Descriptive Video/Described Video to turn it on.
  4. To turn the setting off, select Closed Captioning or Descriptive Video/Described Video again.

Depending on your TV service, you may be able to turn on closed captioning while watching a program. Select OK to display the options and then select CC.

  1. Press the Home button on your Fibe TV Voice Remote and select Settings.
  2. Scroll to Audio and Visual.
  3. Select Audio.
  4. Scroll to Advanced Sound Settings.
  5. Click Select Formats.
  6. Select your desired surround sound setting.

Depending on your TV service, you may be able to switch to surround sound from stereo sound by going to Settings, then Accessibility & playback, then selecting the Surround Sound tile.
