How to install or replace your wired HD receiver or PVR

Steps to follow: 5
1. Unplug the power cable on the back of the receiver.

Within 5 minutes the Fibe TV Activation Screen will appear on your TV.
If this is a new receiver continue to How to activate your wired HD receiver or PVR or How to activate your wireless HD receiver only once pairing is completed.
If you are not able to pair the device after following these steps, please contact us.
2. Disconnect all other cables from your current receiver and connect them to the matching connections on your new receiver.

Within 5 minutes the Fibe TV Activation Screen will appear on your TV.
If this is a new receiver continue to How to activate your wired HD receiver or PVR or How to activate your wireless HD receiver only once pairing is completed.
If you are not able to pair the device after following these steps, please contact us.
3. Connect the new receiver to a power outlet using the cable that came with it. This will turn on the receiver.
Note: It is normal for the lights on the receiver to flicker while starting up.

4. Use your TV remote to turn on your TV and select the HDMI input that matches the connection from step 1 (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, Video 1, etc.).

5. Wait up to 5 minutes for the Fibe TV activation screen to appear on your TV.
