How to view the billing details of your Mobility service

  1. Open a web browser and navigate to
  2. Select Log in/Register.
  3. Enter your MyBell username and password and select Log in.
  4. Once logged in, you will be redirected to the My services page.
  5. Select the My bills and payments tab.
  6. Select the bill you would like to view.
  7. Your current bill will be displayed.

Once you have logged in to MyBell and accessed your current bill, scroll down to the Your Bell services section.

  1. Select the desired Mobility service.
  2. Select Monthly charges.
  3. You’ll see a breakdown of the monthly charges.
  4. Select Usage charges.
  5. You’ll see a breakdown of your usage charges.

Once you have logged in to MyBell and accessed your bill, select Payment history. You can now see your previous bills, listed from the newest to the oldest.

To search efficiently, it helps to have the exact amount paid and date of the payment.

In the payment history, you can see the payments we received from you. If you’re unable to locate a particular payment, please contact your financial institution or credit card company.
