Samsung SmartThings Tracker
As of June 30, 2025, the Samsung SmartThings Tracker will be discontinued.
If you own the Samsung SmartThings Tracker and subscribe to the monthly Connected Tracker rate plan, it will be removed from your account and you will no longer be billed.
Samsung has decided to discontinue support of the SmartThings tracker. As a result, the tracker’s LTE connectivity will no longer work with Bell or with other service providers.
After connectivity ceases, existing features will no longer work, including: real-time and on-demand location tracking, real-time location sharing, and boundary alerts (geofencing).
Currently, we do not offer network-connected trackers. Please explore our Bluetooth trackers for other options.
