How to move your 4K Whole Home PVR when using powerline communication adapters

1.
Disconnect all cables connected to your 4K Whole Home PVR.

Note: Powerline communication adapters should be plugged directly into an power outlet. Avoid plugging the adapter into power bars or extension cords. The power outlet at the front of the powerline adapters is rated for a maximum of 12A and is not recommended for connecting home appliances, space heaters, power adapters or other high-draw electrical devices.

Disconnect the Ethernet cable connected to your powerline adapter and remove the adapter from the power outlet.

Reconnect the powerline adapter to the 4K Whole Home PVR using the existing Ethernet cable.

Wait 60 seconds and then check all four powerline adapters to ensure that the side lights are green. If the lights aren't green, please call 310-BELL (2355).

Turn on your TV and choose the input your 4K Whole Home PVR is connected to.

Wait 10 minutes as the PVR is starting up. Your TV may not show a signal during this time. Your Fibe TV service will be active once the link light on the 4K Whole Home PVR is solid green.
