What is the CP24 app and how do I use it?

What is CP24 GO?

CP24 GO is an app developed by Bell Media that gives Bell TV customers complimentary access to CP24 content on demand through computers, iOS and Android devices.

The app and content is available at no charge. However, watching CP24 GO on your computer or mobile device will count toward your monthly Internet/mobile data usage.

How to use CP24 GO on my phone or tablet

CP24 GO is available on the iPhone 3GS and above, iPod touch (third generation and above), iPad and iPad Mini, running iOS 5.0 or higher, and on Android devices running version 4.03 and higher.    

Downloading CP24 GO to your device

Alternatively,

  1. From the home screen on your iOS/Android device, select the App Store /Google Play icon.
  2. Select Search and type in  "CP24 GO."
  3. Select the CP24 GO application.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to download the application.

Using the CP24 GO app

  1. Start the CP24 GO app.
  2. Browse the content CP24  has to offer.
  3. Choose what you want to watch.
  4. When prompted or when signing in, select BELL as your TV service provider.
  5. Log in using your MyBell username and password. (If you’re not registered for MyBell, take a few moments to register now).
  6. Choose a program and start watching.

Please note: If you cannot access the app, it may mean that your Bell TV service has not been linked to your MyBell profile. Learn how to link your Bell TV account to your MyBell profile.

How to use CP24 GO on my computer

Computer system requirements

On Windows, CP24 GO requires at least Windows XP with Service Pack 2. On a Mac, it requires Mac OS 10.4.8 or higher.

An up-to-date Flash plug-in is also needed to stream video content.  

Using CP24 GO on my computer
To get started with CP24 GO on your computer:

  1. Visit CP24.com.
  2. When prompted or when signing in, select Bell as your TV service provider.
  3. Log in using your MyBell username and password (the same username and password you use to access your bill on Bell.ca. If you're not registered for MyBell, take a few moments to register now).
