Get support for your subscription service

To watch Crave, Netflix and Disney+ content, you must first activate your subscriptions.

1. Open the activation email you received after completing your purchase and select Activate now. Then, log in to MyBell.
New to Bell Mobility, Internet, TV and/or Home Phone? Sign up by using the personalized “Register for MyBell” link in the Order Confirmation emailed to you on the day your services were ordered (link is valid for 60 days).

2. Select My services, then Subscriptions.
3. Select Manage subscriptions.
4. Select Activate now beside a subscription that hasn’t been activated. A new browser tab will open so you can activate your subscription on our partner’s website.
5. Repeat step 3 until all subscriptions are activated.

Yes, you can subscribe to Crave on its own through Bell. You will be able to keep your watching history and manage your bill through Bell.

If you already have Crave, Netflix, Disney+, TSN or RDS subscriptions, you must manage the existing subscription directly with the service provider to avoid duplicates when you subscribe through Bell.

When you activate your subscription through Bell, you can keep your watch history and viewing preferences by linking your existing account. To do so:

1. Open the activation email you received after completing your purchase and select Activate now. Then, log in to MyBell.
New to Bell Mobility, Internet, TV and/or Home Phone? Sign up by using the personalized “Register for MyBell” link in the Order Confirmation emailed to you on the day your services were ordered (link is valid for 60 days).

2. Select My services, then Subscriptions.
3. Select Manage subscriptions.
4. Select Activate now beside a subscription that hasn’t been activated. A new browser tab will open so you can activate your subscription on our partner’s website.
5. When activating, enter the email address associated with your existing Crave, Netflix, Disney+, TSN or RDS subscription. This will link your existing account so you can keep your watch history and viewing preferences.

If you currently have a TSN or RDS subscription through your TV provider and want to keep your viewing preferences when switching to a Bell subscription, follow the steps below:

• Sign in to TSN or RDS through your TV provider. You’ll be prompted to sign in or create a new Bell Media account to link your access to TSN or RDS across all devices.
• After linking your TSN or RDS account to your Bell Media account, you can then activate your new TSN or RDS subscription through Bell and keep your watch history.

• Important: Viewing history cannot be retained if watching through On Demand.

• When your accounts are successfully linked, you can cancel your TSN or RDS subscription with your TV provider to avoid duplicate subscriptions.

If you currently have a Crave subscription through your TV provider and want to keep your viewing preferences when switching to a Bell subscription, follow the steps below:

• Sign in to Crave through your TV provider. You’ll be prompted to sign in or create a new Bell Media account to link your access to Crave across all devices.

• After linking your Crave account to your Bell Media account, you can then activate your new Crave subscription through Bell and keep your watch history.

  Important: Viewing history cannot be retained if watching through On-Demand.

• When your accounts are successfully linked, you can cancel your Crave subscription with your TV provider to avoid duplicate subscriptions.

To keep your watch history and content preferences, link your existing Bell Media account. To do so:

1. Open the activation email you received after completing your purchase and select Activate now. Then, log in to MyBell.
New to Bell Mobility, Internet, TV and/or Home Phone? Sign up by using the personalized “Register for MyBell” link in the Order Confirmation emailed to you on the day your services were ordered (link is valid for 60 days).

2. Select My services, then Subscriptions.
3. Select Manage subscriptions.
4. Select Activate now beside a subscription that hasn’t been activated. A new browser tab will open so you can activate your subscription on our partner’s website.
5. When activating, enter the email address associated with your existing Crave account.
6. Once your accounts are successfully linked, you can deactivate your Crave subscription with Bell Mobility to avoid duplicate subscriptions.

You must manage your existing subscriptions to avoid adding a duplicate subscription to an existing account.

As soon as your purchase is complete you can activate your subscriptions through MyBell to start watching content. To activate your subscriptions:

1. Open the activation email you received after completing your purchase and select Activate now. Then, log in to MyBell.

2. Select My services, then Subscriptions.

Invoicing begins on the day of purchase, not after activation. Your subscription fees will appear on your next bill.

For new Bell customers, since TV, Internet, Home phone and Mobility services can take a few days to activate, charges for these services will be prorated on the next bill after they are activated.

If you currently have a Crave bundle subscription billed directly through Crave – such as Crave with STARZ or Crave with TSN, especially on an annual plan – please note the following:

• Your existing Crave bundle will not be automatically paused or cancelled when you subscribe to Crave through Bell.
• You must manage your direct-billed Crave bundle when subscribing through Bell to avoid duplicate subscriptions.
• This applies to all Crave bundles, including those with STARZ, TSN or RDS.

Subscriptions purchased directly from Crave will not be automatically paused or cancelled when you subscribe through Bell. You are responsible for managing your existing subscription to prevent duplication.

If you have a monthly Disney+ subscription billed directly through Disney:

• If you subscribe to a Disney+ plan from Bell that is the same tier or higher, your direct-billed subscription will be automatically paused. It will remain paused until your Bell subscription ends or is changed to a lower tier.
• If you downgrade your Bell subscription to a tier that’s lower than your original direct-billed plan, your direct subscription will be un-paused and you will be charged for both. You’ll need to manage your subscriptions to avoid duplication.

If you have an annual Disney+ subscription billed directly through Disney:

• If you subscribe to a higher-tier monthly plan through Bell, your annual direct-billed subscription will be automatically paused.
• If you downgrade your Bell subscription to a tier that’s equal to or lower than your annual plan, your direct subscription will be un-paused, and you will be charged for both. You’ll need to manage your subscriptions to avoid duplication.

If you have a Disney+ subscription through a third party (e.g., app stores, Rogers, Shaw):

• You’ll need to manage your subscription directly with the third party to avoid duplication.
• If you choose to keep your third-party Disney+ subscription, it will run concurrently with your subscription through Bell and you will be charged for both.
