How to set up a network connection on an LG smart TV for use with the Bell Fibe TV app

Your LG smart TV must be connected to Wi-Fi to use the Fibe TV app.

To connect your TV to Wi-Fi:

From your TV’s home page, scroll to and select Settings, then select General.
Select Network, then select Wi-FI Connection.
Toggle Wi-Fi Connection on and select the name of your Wi-Fi network.
Enter the network password and then select Enter.

How to install the Bell Fibe TV app on an LG smart TV

Use the search function on your TV to find and install the app.

Press the Home button on your remote control.
Select Apps.
Select the Search icon in the top right of the screen.
Enter “Bell Fibe TV” and select Search.
Select Install and wait for the app to be installed.

Once installed, the Fibe TV app will be available in the app list on the home page. Select Edit App List on the right of the list to rearrange the order of the apps.

How to log in to the Bell Fibe TV app once installed on an LG smart TV

If your LG smart TV is connected to Bell Internet, you’ll automatically be logged in to the Fibe TV app when you open it.

If you’re not automatically logged in, follow the steps below.

Open the Fibe TV app and select Log in.
Scan the QR code or visit the displayed link on a computer or mobile device.
Select the region you’re in, enter your MyBell or My Account username and password, and then enter the 8-letter code displayed on the TV screen.
If you have multiple TV accounts, you’ll be prompted to select which one you want to log in to.

Pinning the Fibe TV app on the apps row

Keep the Fibe TV app easily accessible in the apps row.

Press the Home button on your remote control to bring up the home screen.
Navigate to the apps row.
Scroll to the far right of the apps row and select Edit (pencil icon). This will put you in edit mode.
Use the arrow buttons or pointer on the remote to navigate to the Fibe TV app, then press OK (wheel button) to select it.
Use the arrow buttons to move the app to your desired position, then press OK again to drop it in place.
Once you're done, select Done or Exit Edit Mode to save your changes.

Creating or signing in to an LG account

You need to be logged in to an LG account to download apps.

To create an account or log in:

Press the Home button on your remote control, then navigate to Log in at the top of the home screen.
Enter your ID (or e-mail) and password.

If you have multiple LG TV accounts, you can select the desired account when you log in.
If you don’t have an account, you can select Sign up to register.
