Managing Fibe TV app settings on a TV

To set parental controls you must use your mobile device or your browser at tv.bell.ca.

You can install and log in to the Fibe TV app on multiple devices; however, you may only stream content on two devices at a time.

When you’re connected at home, there is no limit to how many devices can access the Fibe TV app. Away from home, you can access the app with up to five devices.

To remove a device from the app:

1. Select the Settings from the main menu on the left.
2. Scroll down to the My Account section.
3. Select Manage Devices.
4. Select the device to remove.
5. Enter your password to confirm and select Delete Device.

3. Select Set PIN.
4. Enter your password and select Modify.
5. Enter your desired PIN.
6. Press the Back button until you return to the main screen.

2. Scroll down to the Accessibility section.
3. Select either Closed Captions or Descriptive Video to apply the desired setting.

To remove the setting, select Closed Captions or Descriptive Video again.

2. Scroll down to the My preferences section.
3. Select Manage Favourites.
4. Scroll to and select the channels you want to set as favourites.
5. Channels you’ve set as favourites display a heart icon at the top left corner.
6. To remove a channel that has already been set as a favourite, select the channel again. This removes the heart icon.
