Tracking, modifying or cancelling your order
You can view your order in MyBell by following the instructions below:
- Log in to MyBell and scroll to the Your orders section at the bottom of any service page.
- Select Manage your orders to see a summary of your orders summary page.
- Select the magnifying glass icon next to any of the orders listed to view its details.
Please note: you can also modify or cancel orders that are still in progress from this page.

Tracking a Mobility order (new wireless device):
After you place your Mobility order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and a link to track your order. Using your order number and postal code or phone number, you can view your order summary, status, estimated delivery date and more. Note: it can take up to 48 hours after you place the order for this information to appear.
