What are the unregulated terms of service?
The price and most of the terms for Bell local phone services in your area are no longer regulated by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC).1

Your Bell local phone service is now provided under our Unregulated Terms of Service for Consumers (UTOS) (PDF 545.29 KB), which defines your rights and obligations as our customer.2
Our services and equipment will not change.
