HHow to set up a network connection on a Roku TV or device for use with the Bell Fibe TV app
Your Roku TV or streaming device must be connected to Wi-Fi to use the Fibe TV app.
To connect your TV or device to Wi-Fi:
- From your TV’s home page, scroll to and select Settings, then select Network.
- Under Set up connection, select Wireless.
- Select the name of your Wi-Fi network. If you don’t see your network, select Scan again to see all networks.
- Enter the network password and select Connect.
How to install the Bell Fibe TV app on a Roku TV or device
To download the Fibe TV app from the Channel Store and install it on your TV or device:
- Press the Home button on your remote control.
- Scroll to and select Streaming Store to open the Channel Store.
- Enter “Bell Fibe TV” in Search Channels.
- Select the Fibe TV app from the search results.
- Select Add App and wait for the app to be installed.
Once installed, the Fibe TV app will be available in the Apps section of the home page.
How to log in to the Bell Fibe TV app once installed on a Roku TV or device
If your TV is connected to Bell Internet, you’ll automatically be logged in to the Fibe TV app when you open it.
If you’re not automatically logged in, follow the steps below.
- Open the Fibe TV app and select Log in.
- Scan the QR code or visit the displayed link on a computer or mobile device.
- Select the region you’re in, enter your MyBell or My Account username and password, and then enter the 8-letter code displayed on the TV screen.
- If you have multiple TV accounts, you’ll be prompted to select which one you want to log in to.

You can rent and purchase Fibe TV content on your Roku TV or device.
Pinning the Fibe TV App on the apps row
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
- Use the arrow keys to navigate to the app or channel you'd like to move.
- Press the star (*) button on your remote to open the app's options.
- Choose Move app from the menu.
- Use the arrow keys to move the app to your desired location in the grid.
- Press OK to finalize the new position.

- Go to https://my.roku.com/signup.

Fill in your:
- Name
- Email address
- Password
- Agree to the terms and privacy policy.
- Set a PIN for purchases and adding channels.
- Add a payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal) if you plan to make purchases.
- Verify your email using the link Roku sends you.
Creating an account on your Roku device during setup
- Power on your Roku device and connect it to your TV and Wi-Fi.
- Select your language and region.
- The device will display an activation code.
- On a computer or phone, go to https://www.roku.com/link and enter the code.
- Follow the prompts to create a Roku account, if you don’t already have one.
Signing in to your Roku account
If your Roku device is already set up and you want to sign in or switch accounts:
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
- Go to Settings > System > About or Account (the label may vary).
- If prompted, select Sign In.
- Enter your Roku account email and password using the on-screen keyboard.
- If you have 2-step verification set up, check your email for a 6-digit code and enter it.
Tips:
- You can use the Roku mobile app as a remote and keyboard to make it easier to input information.
- If you forget your password, go to https://my.roku.com and select Forgot password.
- You can link multiple Roku devices to the same account to make it easier to manage them.
