MyBell App: How to change your Bell Internet package and features
- Launch the MyBell app on your device.
- If you’re connected to the Bell Mobility network, you will be logged in automatically to your Mobility services.
If you do not see your other services, you will have to log in using your MyBell username and password. To do so, touch the Profile icon (top-right corner) and select Log in. - Touch Services at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll to and select the Internet service you want to manage.
- Touch Change in the Package section.
- Scroll to and select the desired Internet package.
- Select or remove features and touch Continue.
- Review your new package and features.
- Scroll to and touch Accept Terms and Service.
- Your Bell Internet package and features have been changed.
