How to update your MyBell username

Go to Billing & Accounts support

Open a web browser and navigate to bell.ca.

Click Log in / Register.

Enter your MyBell username and password and click Log in.

Click My profile.

Next to Username, click Edit.

Enter a new username.

  1. Open a web browser and navigate to bell.ca.
  2. Click Log in / Register.
  3. Enter your MyBell username and password and click Log in.
  4. Click My profile.
  5. Next to Username, click Edit.
  6. Enter a new username.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Your username has been changed.
