Open a web browser and navigate to bell.ca.

Click Log in / Register.
Step 3 of 7
Enter your MyBell username and password and click Log in.
Step 4 of 7
Select your TV service from the left panel, then click Go to TV overview.
Step 5 of 7
Click Equipment.
Step 6 of 7
Scroll to the desired receiver and click Remove Receiver.
Step 7 of 7
Click Yes to confirm the removal.
