How to add/change authorized contacts in MyBell

About authorized contacts and what they can do

As an account holder, you can authorize someone else (an authorized contact) to access your account. We have different authorization levels that dictate what each user can do and what information they have access to. Here’s a chart of common transactions and who can carry them out, based on the type of account.

Bell Mobility

Adding authorized contacts online (MyBell)

If you want to add an authorized contact to your Bell account, you can do so easily in MyBell.

  1. Open a web browser and navigate to bell.ca.
  2. Select Log in / Register.
  3. Enter your MyBell username and password and select Log in.
  4. Select My profile and then select MyBell.
  5. Under Billing profile, select OneBill.
  6. Select Edit next to Authorized contacts.
  7. Enter the full name of your authorized contact.
  8. Select Save.
