Step 1 of 4

Disconnect all cables from your current modem and connect one end of the phone cable into the DSL port on the back of the new modem.

If you prefer a wired connection, connect one end of the Ethernet cable to any Ethernet port on the back of the modem. Then, connect the other end of that Ethernet cable into your computerʼs Ethernet port.

Connect one end of the power supply to the modem and the other end into a surge-protected power bar (not included).

Wait until the WAN and INTERNET lights turn blue. Your modem is now connected to the Internet. If the problem persists, please contact us.

  2. If you prefer a wired connection, connect one end of the Ethernet cable to any Ethernet port on the back of the modem. Then, connect the other end of that Ethernet cable into your computerʼs Ethernet port.
  3. Connect one end of the power supply to the modem and the other end into a surge-protected power bar (not included).
