How to set up a network connection on a VIDAA TV for use with the Bell Fibe TV app
Your VIDAA TV must be connected to Wi-Fi to use the Fibe TV app.
To connect your TV to Wi-Fi:
- Press the Home button on your remote to open the main menu.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Network (or Network & Internet) and then Wi Fi.
- Select the name of your Wi-Fi network.
- Enter the network password, if prompted.
- Select OK.
How to install the Bell Fibe TV app on a VIDAA TV
You can install the Fibe TV app on devices running VIDAA OS version U4 or higher.
To download the app from the VIDAA App Store and install it on your TV or device:
- Press the Home button on your remote to open the main menu.
- Navigate to Apps or VIDAA Store.
- Enter “Fibe TV” in the search bar.
- Select the Fibe TV app from the search results.
- Select Download and wait for the app to be installed.
Once installed, the Fibe TV app will be available in the app library.
How to log in to the Bell Fibe TV app once installed on a VIDAA TV
If your VIDAA TV or device is connected to Bell Internet, you’ll automatically be logged in to the Fibe TV app when you open it.
If you’re not automatically logged in, follow the steps below.
- Open the Fibe TV app and select Log in.
- Enter your MyBell or My Account username and select Next.
- Enter your MyBell or My Account password and select Log in.
- If you have multiple TV accounts, you’ll be prompted to select which one you want to log in to.

How to pin the Bell Fibe TV app to the apps row on a VIDAA TV
Keep the Fibe TV app easily accessible in the apps row.
- Press the Home button on your remote to open the main menu.
- Scroll to Apps row.
- Highlight the Fibe TV app.
- Press and hold the OK or Menu button on your remote until an options menu appears.
- Select Pin to Home or Add to Favorites.
Tip: If your TV doesn’t show a “Pin” option, look for Move or Reorder in the menu and drag the app to the first position.
How to create or sign in to a VIDAA account to download the Bell Fibe TV app
You need to be logged in to a VIDAA account to download apps.
To create an account or log in:
- Press the Home button on your remote to open the main menu.
- Navigate to Settings > Account (or User Account).
- Select Sign Up or Sign in.
- Enter your details.
- Confirm your entry.
Tips:
- If you’ve forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password option on the sign-in screen.
- You can also create or manage your account on the VIDAA website or the VIDAA mobile app.
