Payments should be received within 30 days of your bill date to avoid late payment charges.
Credit card payment
Pay your bill quickly and easily using a credit card in MyBell or the MyBell app on your mobile device.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
- Allow up to 24 hours for credit card payments.
Pay online by making a debit card payment through your bank.
- Provide the correct account number found on your One Bill and customer ID # to make a payment.
- Customer ID # must be 14 digits with ZZZ in the middle.
Cash or cheque
You can pay your bill by cash at most banks and financial institutions.
- Your original bill is required.
- Administrative fees may apply.
