Aeroplan Points with Bell: Frequently Asked Questions
Earning Aeroplan Points
How do I earn Aeroplan points with Bell?
When you are on an eligible Bell plan or Travel Pass, Aeroplan points are automatically credited to your Aeroplan account. Your Bell and Aeroplan accounts must be linked once you are activated on the eligible plan before receiving the points, and your account must be in good standing. You must link your account within 30 days following the last period where points are credited as outlined in the offer terms.
How do I link, manage and unlink accounts?
You can go to MyBell, check the MyServices section or MyProfile sections and click on Manage within the Memberships and Rewards section. Enter your Aeroplan number and last name. Please note that your last name must match on both your Bell and Aeroplan accounts. Additionally note it will say Link Aeroplan account, only once linked will it say Manage.
Which Bell plans qualify for Aeroplan points?
Aeroplan points are available on select Bell Mobility, Travel Pass, Fibe Bell Internet and Fibe Internet and TV plans. Eligible plans vary and are updated from time to time. To find out if a plan qualifies, check bell.ca/aeroplan, contact us or ask a Bell representative.
- Mobility customers: must be on a qualifying in-market rate plan.
- Internet/TV (BRS) customers in Ontario and Quebec: must be on a qualifying in-market Fibe Internet or Internet + TV plan (online exclusive).
Note: Not sure if a plan qualifies? Contact us, a Bell representative can look this up for you right away.
I just signed up for a Bell plan. When will I start receiving points?
Once your eligible plan is active, your Aeroplan points will be credited to your account automatically as scheduled and outlined in your offer terms.
Please note that your account has to be linked before you can start to receive points.
Eligibility
Am I eligible for Aeroplan points?
You are eligible if you are activating a new qualifying Mobility, Internet and/or Internet + TV plan. Eligibility depends on:
- Being on a current, in-market eligible rate plan (not a grandfathered or promotional plan that is no longer available).
- Internet and/or Internet + TV plan customers: being located in Ontario or Quebec.
- Not having already claimed a previous Aeroplan offer on the same line.
- Ensuring Bell and Aeroplan accounts being in good standing, and remaining on the same Mobility plan during the duration of the points interval.
There is a maximum of 10 consumer mobility lines on a single BAN (account) and a maximum of 25 individual mobility Small Business lines on a single BAN (account).
I upgraded my plan. Am I now eligible?
Mobility: You must remain on the same plan to receive your points.
Internet and/or Internet + TV: If you upgraded to a qualifying plan, you should become eligible for Aeroplan points going forward. Contact us to confirm your eligibility after the upgrade is processed.
I was told I’m not eligible. Why might that be?
There are a few common reasons a customer may not be eligible:
- Your current plan does not appear on the list of eligible Bell plans.
- You are an Internet and/or Internet + TV plan customer located outside of Ontario or Quebec.
- Your Bell account is not in good standing; you have migrated to an ineligible plan or there are issues with your Aeroplan account.
If you believe there has been an error, Contact us to review your account.
Missing Points
I’m missing Aeroplan points. What should I do?
Contact us, a representative will review your account to confirm your plan is eligible and that your Aeroplan account is properly linked. In most cases, missing points can be resolved quickly. If your situation requires further investigation, Bell will follow up with you once a resolution has been completed.
How long does it take to receive points after an issue is resolved?
Once the issue is confirmed and corrected, you can typically expect your points to appear within 3 business days.
For Customers that Activated on eligible Bell offers before July 7th
I received a promotional Aeroplan voucher in relation to a Bell promotion. How do I redeem it?
Your voucher should be sent to your email if all eligibility requirements are met with further instructions. If you believe you have not received the email, you can contact us. Your Bell representative can confirm the details of any active promotional offer on your account, including how to redeem it and when it expires. Vouchers are one-time use.
I qualified for an eligible Bell offer with Aeroplan points before July 7th, 2026, but I have not received all the Aeroplan points as a part of the offer. How will I get the rest of the points?
If you qualified for an eligible Bell offer with Aeroplan points before July 7th, 2026, and are still eligible to receive points as a part of that offer, you can either:
- Link your Aeroplan and Bell accounts – this will mean any remaining points will be credited directly into your Aeroplan account in the periods set forth in the offer terms.
- Continue to receive certificate numbers from Bell to your email for you to manually deposit into your Aeroplan account. Reminder: There are additional rewards for linking your Aeroplan account with your Bell Account.
