My Bell lets you manage your bills and personalize your services online. To see your account balance in My Bell:
- Log in to My Bell with your username and password.
- From the My Bell home page, click on your mobile number.
- On the My wireless services page, click View my bill under Billing usage.
- In eCare, look for the Amount due to the left of the page.

If you have made a payment, please note that there may be a delay before it is reflected in your account balance. This may be five to seven business days, depending on your payment method (online banking, bank branch, ATM, cheque, etc.)
