Error 129: Your receiver has not yet been authorized.
If you see the error code 129 at the top-right corner of the error message on your TV, try the following:
- If you have purchased a new receiver, log in to My Bell to activate an additional receiver. On-screen instructions will guide you through the steps. Allow up to 2 hours for the activation to be completed.
- If you have recently received a replacement receiver from Bell, log in to My Bell to synchronize your programming. On-screen instructions will guide you through the steps.
- If you have recently received a new SmartCard, follow the directions in the accompanying letter to activate it.
If the problem persists, please contact customer service.
