If you see the error code 024 (shown at the top right corner of the error message) on your TV, try resetting your receiver.
To reset your receiver:
- Push and hold the POWER button on the front panel of the receiver for 5 seconds.
- Allow the receiver time to restart (this may take up to 5 minutes).
- After the receiver has restarted, try to access the feature that had originally given error code 024.
