I cannot access any Web pages after launching the browser
- Do you see a 1X, EV or Wi-Fi icon at the top of your smartphone?
To confirm, tap the upper-right corner of any screen to open the Connection menu. Make sure Airplane mode is turned off. - Can you open a previously viewed Web page?
To confirm, launch a page from your history and tap Refresh. If nothing happens restart your device.
If you are able to refresh the page, then the new site you are accessing may not be available or is not supported by the browser.
