Monthly plans

If you have a monthly plan you can access the self serve options below by dialing *611 free from your mobile phone or smartphone or by dialing 1-800-667-0123 from a landline phone. Follow the instructions and use the. voice commands below to get information and make changes.

 

When you say: The automated system (IVR) will:
"Account balance" State your current account balance
"Last payment" State your last payment amount and the date it was received
"Payments" Walk you through the list of all payment functions available
"Unbilled usage" Give your current unbilled usage since your last bill date
"Credit card payment" Guide you through the steps to make a credit card payment
"Billing" Provide you with a list of all billing options available
"Features" Allow you to add or get information on various features
"Help" Help you use the system
"Representative" Connect you with a customer service representative during business hours

Prepaid plans

If you have a prepaid phone you can access the self serve options below by dialing #*321 free from your mobile phone or smartphone or by dialing 1-888-537-9999 from a landline phone. Follow the prompts to get information and make changes to your account.

 

When you press: The automated system will:
1 Allow you to add funds to your account or subscribe to a top up program
2 Provide you with your account balance and expiry date
3 Provide you with your usage information on your additional options
4 Provide you with general information on features, or activate features on your account
5 Tell you what's new at Bell Mobility or provide answers to FAQs
