Changing or adding My Bell usernames
You can keep the same My Bell username for as long as you like. However, we will delete your username if you don't log in at least once every six months.
You can also change your My Bell username as many times as you like. Here's how:
- Log in to My Bell.
- Click My profile at the top of the page.
- Click the username Change button.
- Update your username and click Save.
You can create additional usernames if you would like to keep your services separate. Simply create a new My Bell profile for each service. However, one of the benefits of having a single My Bell profile is that you can link and manage all your services in one place.
