In-store support charges

All Bell mobile phones and smartphones are covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty for one year from the date of purchase. See manufacturer warranty details.
Phone repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis. These fees do not apply if you subscribe to Smart/Phone care.

    Out-of-warranty fees:

    If your device requires a repair that is not covered by the manufacturer’s limited one-year warranty, an out-of-warranty quote will be provided by the repair facility.

    If you choose to continue with the repair, you will be responsible for all repair fees.

    If you choose not to continue with the repair, your device will be returned and a diagnostic fee will apply.

      iPhone smartphones

      Your iPhone smartphone will be replaced with another iPhone when warranty or out-of-warranty service is requested. The replacement device is typically shipped out the next day. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

      iPhone smartphones which were subject to accidental damage but deemed to be eligible for out-of-warranty service will be billed $229. For more information about out-of-warranty service, please contact us.
