I get poor picture and/or audio quality when I use Video Calling

Contact us

The picture and audio quality of a video call can be affected by coverage strength, ambient noise levels and lighting. To optimize the video call both callers should:

On your mobile phone

  • Use a headset (Bluetooth or wired)
  • Hold the phone steady and limit your movements
  • Video call in an area with ample lighting
  • Move to an area with stronger coverage

On your computer

  • Use a broadband Internet connection
  • Use a headset or a quality mic and speaker to maximize audio quality
  • Use a high-resolution webcam
  • Limit your movements for a clearer picture
  • Call in an area with ample lighting
