Follow these steps to reset your Connection Hub to original factory settings. This erases all personalized settings on your Connection Hub.
This might be necessary when:
- You want a new configuration
- Your Connection Hub does not appear to be working properly
To reset the Connection Hub:
Press and hold the Reset button on the bottom of the Connection Hub until the power light turns off. Use a pointy but firm object, such as the tip of a pen.
Once the Connection Hub has been reset, you will need to update your Bell Internet user ID (b1xxxx##) and access password.
