How to find and play downloaded content in the Fibe TV app

Steps to follow: 4

1.
Touch Downloads.

If you’re unable to watch a recording or on-demand content you had downloaded, the following might be the reason:

  • The recording is older than 60 days.
  • It was deleted from the PVR.
  • The on-demand content download has expired and needs to be renewed
  • The on-demand content is no longer available in our content library.
* Only Fibe TV customers with a PVR will see a Recordings option.
All others will only be able to download on-demand content

2.
Select between Recordings or On Demand.

Touch Play to watch the download on your device, or the casting icon to watch it on your TV.
