How to go paperless with e-bill

Stopping your paper bill

If you are signed up for One Bill:

  1. Log in to My Bell.
  2. Click View current bill for the account you want to make changes to.
  3. From the My bills page, click Edit my billing profile in the left menu.
  4. Under Bill format, uncheck the box beside I want to receive a paper bill.
  5. Leave the box beside I want to continue to see my bill online checked.
  6. Click Continue to confirm the change.

If you get a separate Mobility or TV bill:

  1. Log in to My Bell.
  2. Click My profile at the top of the page.
  3. Click the Billing and services profile tab.
  4. Click the Change button next to Bill format.
  5. Select E-bill and click Save.

Not registered for My Bell?

When you register, you automatically get access to your e-bill. We’ll ask you if you want to stop getting paper bills during the registration process.

Restarting your paper bill

If you are signed up for One Bill:

  1. Log in to My Bell.
  2. Click View current bill for the account you want to make changes to.
  3. From the My bills page, click Edit my billing profile in the left menu.
  4. Under Bill format, check the box beside I want to receive a paper bill (a $2/month charge may apply for paper bills).
  5. You can leave the box beside I want to continue to see my bill online checked if you want both a paper bill and e-bill (a $2/month charge may apply for paper bills).
  6. Click Continue to confirm the change.

If you get a separate Mobility:

  1. Log in to My Bell.
  2. Click My profile at the top of the page.
  3. Click the Billing and services profile tab.
  4. Click the Change button next to Bill format.
  5. Select E-bill and paper bill ($2 charge) and click Save.
