While watching a live or recorded program, press options on your Bell Satellite TV remote

Scroll to and select Closed captions.

Scroll to and select On.

Press back/exit to return to your program.
Note: It can take a minute or two before closed captioning appears, and closed captioning does not appear during commercial breaks.

If closed captioning is still not working, press menu on your remote. Select Settings, then Preferences, then Closed Caption and then select Reset CC Defaults.

To confirm that closed captioning is now working, press info on your remote. (CC) should be displayed at the end of the program description.
