I have a problem ordering Pay-per-view Programs

I can’t order a Pay-per-view program

Check that your receiver is connected to an active telephone or broadband line and ensure you did exceed a credit limit that you may have put on your Bell Satellite TV account.

If you’re still unable to order a Pay-per-view Program, please contact customer service.

I can’t cancel a Pay-per-view program

Once a Pay-per-view program has been ordered, it cannot be cancelled.

Someone ordered a Pay-per- view program without my permission

Lock your receiver to prevent unauthorized Pay-per-view purchases.
Once receiver is locked, your password must be entered before any Pay-per-view programs can be ordered. Keep your password safe, as you are responsible for all Pay-per-view purchases whether you authorized them or not.
