The portable Wi-Fi hotspot is now active. Other devices can connect to it using your network name (step 8) and password (step 10).

  1. Swipe up to view Apps.
  2. Scroll to and touch Settings.
  3. Touch More.
  4. Touch Tethering & portable hotspot.
  5. Touch Portable Wi-Fi hotspot.
  6. Touch Set up Wi-Fi hotspot.
  7. Touch Network name.
  8. Delete the existing text and enter a name for your hotspot.
  9. Scroll to and touch Password.
  10. Delete the existing text and enter a password for your hotspot.
  11. Touch SAVE.
  12. Touch the slider next to Portable Wi-Fi hotspot.
  13. The portable Wi-Fi hotspot is now active. Other devices can connect to it using your network name (step 8) and password (step 10).
