How to reset my username with the MyBell app

MyBell app

Steps to follow: 6
  • Launch the MyBell app on your device.
  • Touch Forgot your username or password?
  • If you have forgotten your username, touch I forgot my username.
    Note that if you change your username via the app, you will also need to use that new username to access your account online.
  • Enter your email address and touch Continue.
  • Enter the answer to the security question and touch Continue.
    Note that you can select a different security question if necessary.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with the account. Touch Return to login page to go to the log in screen.
