My Bell app: How to make a credit card payment
- Launch the MyBell app on your device.
- If youʼre connected to the Bell Mobility network you will be logged in automatically to your Mobility services. If you do not see your other services you will have to log in using your MyBell username and password. Touch the silhouette icon on the top right and select Log in to bring up the login screen.
- Touch Pay now on your account's overview to make a payment.
- If you'd like to change the amount of the payment, enter the new amount in the Payment amount field. Touch Continue.
- Enter or confirm your credit card information including the credit card security code. This is the 3-digit code on the back of your credit card. Touch Continue.
- Review your payment details and touch Submit payment to complete the payment. To edit the credit card information or payment amounts, touch Change or Edit.
- A confirmation screen will appear. Touch Return to My services to return to the overview.
