How to reset my Doro 824C and/or disable Device Protection

To switch to the Android home screen, press and hold the Power button.

Scroll to Exit Voice Mode.

Remove the cover from the front of the Doro 824C.

Scroll to and touch Backup & reset.

Touch Factory data reset.

Touch RESET PHONE.

Confirm your PIN, and touch >.

Step 12 of 13

Touch ERASE EVERYTHING.

Step 13 of 13

The phone will reboot.
