How to add or remove contacts from a group

Corporate Administrator Tool (CAT)

Steps to follow: 24
  • Select the Manage Groups tab.
  • Select the group under the Manage Groups tab.
  • Select the Add Individual Members option.
  • Select the check boxes next to the chosen contacts.
  • Select Done.
  • Select Save.
  • Select OK.
  • The contacts have been added. Select the group under the Manage Groups tab.
  • Select the Manage Members via Sub-Lists tab to view assigned sub-lists.
  • Click the arrow next to the sub-list name to view the contacts within that sub-list.
  • To add a sub-list, select the Add Sub-Lists option.
  • Select the check boxes next to the chosen Sub-Lists.
  • Select Done.
  • The sub-list of contacts will be added to the group.
  • Select the View All Members tab to view all of the contacts assigned to the group.
  • To remove an individual contact, select the Manage Individual Members tab.
  • Select the (X) next to the chosen contact's name.
  • The (X) will become an Undo Deletion option.
  • To remove a sub-list of contacts, select the Manage Members via Sub-Lists tab.
  • Select the (X) next to the chosen sub-list's name.
  • The (X) will become an Undo Deletion option.
  • To save all changes, select Save.
  • Select OK.
  • Contact changes have been applied to the group.
