How to understand my unbilled usage

Here is a key to help you understand your unbilled usage summary in Self serve. Unbilled usage consists of airtime, data, text messages and other mobile services that have been used since your last bill.

Airtime

In-plan: Minutes used that are included in your rate plan or feature.
Out-of-plan: Minutes used that are above and beyond the minutes included in your rate plan or feature.
Unlimited: Minutes used during your unlimited evening and/or weekend local calling window, or from your Fab 5 or Fab 10 feature.

Data/Mobile Browser

In-plan: Data used that is included in your plan or bundle.
Pay-per-use: Data used that is above and beyond your plan or bundle limit, or data used if you have not subscribed to a data plan, or data used when tethering if your plan does not include tethering usage.
Unlimited: Data used that is included in your unlimited plan or feature.

Text messaging

In-plan: Text messages sent and received that are included in your plan or feature.
Pay-per-use: Text messages sent and received when you have no text messaging plan or feature.
International: Text messages sent to a number outside of North America.
Roaming: Text messages sent and received when travelling outside of Canada.
Unlimited: Text messages sent and received that are included in your plan or feature and messages received from Bell Mobility.

Events

Events include the use or download of other Bell mobile services, such as:
applications, Caller Ringback Tones, chat services, games, pay-per-use GPS Navigator, movies and movie tickets, music, picture and video messaging, 10-4 walkie-talkie service, ringtones, themes, videos, wallpapers, pay-per-use Wi-Fi.
