Learn how to check airtime, data and text messaging usage for your Bell Mobility device on a monthly plan

If you subscribe to a monthly plan, you can check your mobile usage easily in MyBell. You'll be able to see all your usage from the last bill date until the past 24 to 48 hours.

  1. Log in to MyBell.
  2. Click on My services at the top of the page. If you have more than one Mobility service, select the device you’d like to check.
  3. Click on View usage details. From there, you can view summaries and details for current and past usage. Learn more.
  4. Select other types of usage (voice, text, etc.) to see details.

You can also view your unbilled usage right on your mobile device:

  1. Launch the MyBell app on your device.
  2. Touch the Usage button.
  3. The amount of data used is displayed. Additional details can be seen by touching Details .
  4. You can view summaries and details for current and past usage. Learn more
